In Radical Self-Love, you’ll discover exactly what makes you so magnificent. Written by Gala Darling, this book is indeed about personal development. I know there are many books out there that cover topics shared by the author in this book. However, this one is unique. It is indeed one of its own kind because of the language and the way the author talks to her reader.

The weaving of a thriller is an art and not many have mastered it. To find that thrill for a reader in a book that promises such an element is hard to find but Salman Shami’s The Blasphemy Law is an addition to the genre. An Australian engineer, Jane Kelly, is on a verge of providing electricity in remote villages of central Punjab through installing solar panels. A ruthless landowner uses terrorism to frame her for blasphemy in the Islamic country, an offense that comes with a death penalty. He plots her execution and along with […]

Pages: 315, Kindle Edition Published: September, 2017 by Profile Books Cover Rating: 5/5 I have always loved books about books or booksellers. I find booksellers are one heck of an interesting personalities and more, they get observe equally interesting ones. Interesting personality, a bookseller? Why? ‘Cause they read books that no one else reads or majority of people do not and sometimes they write about their observations of customers/bibliophiles in their shops. The whole concept is a bit funny too.

What to Read in 2018? A List of books worth your time

Posted December 17, 2017 by @amanhimself in Book List, Books / 20 Comments

In 2017, I started my voracious reading journey with the word “productivity” in mind. In my workflow, I wanted to be as productive as I could but later realise that it has its limitations. First limitation that I come across as I continued on my path as I found that there is a vast field and there are sub-niches that fall under that word. I had to make a decision on how will I benefit more in terms of productivity itself but more importantly having/developing that mindset? I came across 28 books throughout the year. Few were recommendations from people who share similar goals as mine and few were picks of my own.
