It’s the start of another week and I am currently reading The Courage To Be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga, a book that is the blend of Greek Philosophy, Alderian Psychology and common sense (so far).

Currently right in the middle of Didi Oviatt’s Aggravated Momentum and it’s amazing 😊
Title sounds interesting, what us about? 😀
It’s about a woman that gets stalked by a psychopath. It’s told from a first person perspective but both form the psychopath’s viewpoint as well as the heroine’s one. So far it’s been a real pageturner 😊
Wow! That does sound interesting 😁
Ive been listening to Anne of Green Gables today
Its a well written book. I never completed.
Im enjoying so far ☺
I just finished "Black Ink" a compilation of black authors from all times in the U.S. writing about writing. It was excellent and has sent me back to many of the primary sources I read when I was young.
I will check it out. Thanks for letting me know about it :)
Sounds cool! I'm reading Vanity Fair by Thackeray.
How is it? I always wanted to read that book. In my TBR for years :P
The story moves along nice ‘n slowly, the protagonist is delightfully awful but sometimes a bit too awful and the prose is AMAZING. I’m really into metanarratives, so every time the narrator addresses the reader it’s right up my street 😊. I do recommend the book, but I will also admit that I take breaks every 100 pages or so because it becomes a bit repetitive sometimes. (Plus it’s very long and I also want to read other books.)
Thanks for sharing the insight with me :)
