A BLUE BOX (A Poem)

A Blue Box by Aman Mittal I am sending back the key Which let me in your study Where we made love in madness; I am sending back the key Of the darkroom which I cannot see Anymore, where my X-rayed heart Thrown away in a blue box.

A Blue Box

by Aman Mittal

I am sending back the key

Which let me in your study

Where we made love in madness;

I am sending back the key

Of the darkroom which I cannot see

Anymore, where my X-rayed heart

Thrown away in a blue box.

  • sserrat says: February 22, 2016 at 4:54 AM I liked it. I liked its melody, but it got curious and I really don't care if curiosity killed the cat and even though there is an unspoken rule in poetry that is feel and don't ask questions I do wonder why are you given back the key, what happened, why returned it in a blue box. I must add that the tittle is the one that caught me and took me to read it. Cheers!!!!
