It’s the start of another week and I am currently reading The Courage To Be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga, a book that is the blend of Greek Philosophy, Alderian Psychology and common sense (so far).

What are you reading?

  1. I just finished “Black Ink” a compilation of black authors from all times in the U.S. writing about writing. It was excellent and has sent me back to many of the primary sources I read when I was young.

      • The story moves along nice ‘n slowly, the protagonist is delightfully awful but sometimes a bit too awful and the prose is AMAZING. I’m really into metanarratives, so every time the narrator addresses the reader it’s right up my street 😊. I do recommend the book, but I will also admit that I take breaks every 100 pages or so because it becomes a bit repetitive sometimes. (Plus it’s very long and I also want to read other books.)
